WQ submersible sewage pumps are suitable for the discharge of severely polluted wastewater from factories and businesses, sewage discharge stations in residential areas, urban sewage treatment plant drainage systems, civil air defense system drainage stations, water condensation devices in water plants, sewage discharge in hospitals and hotels, and municipal engineering buildings. Conditions for use of WQ non-clogging sewage pump
1. The medium temperature of WQ submersible sewage pump does not exceed 60ºC, and the medium weight is 1~1.3kg/dm3.
2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system, the motor part shall not expose more than 1/2 of the liquid level.
3. The cast iron material of WQ submersible sewage pump has a usage range of PH5~9.
4. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material can be used in various corrosive media.

1. How to use and precautions for WQ non-clogging sewage pump
1. Before using the WQ submersible sewage pump, you should carefully check whether the cable is damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or fallen off, and whether the pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage, and installation.
2. Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the same and the opposite ground of the electric pump motor. The value should not be less than 2 megohms. Otherwise, the motor stator winding should be dried. The temperature of the drying process is not allowed to exceed 120°C.
3. This series of pumps can be installed in two types: fixed type and mobile type. When using fixed automatic installation, the chain cables should be inserted into two lifting eye screws or lifting plates (deviated from the pump outlet, and the connection should be parallel to the pump outlet) to lift the electric pump up and down. Slide down the rail evenly and slowly until the automatic coupling is in place. When using mobile installation, first cover the hose and use the chain rope to pass through the two lifting rings to lift the electric pump up and down. Be careful not to use the cable as a rope to avoid danger.
4. The rotation direction of the WQ submersible sewage pump after it is connected is counterclockwise when viewed from the water inlet. If the electric pump is reversed, just swap any two wires in the cable to the wiring position.
5. The ground wire of the electric pump's casing must be connected strictly in accordance with relevant regulations. In order to ensure personal safety during use, it is strictly prohibited to install, operate or move the electric pump nearby when the electric pump is running, in case the electric pump leaks electricity. 6. The electric pump must be equipped with a fully automatic water pump control cabinet unless there are special circumstances. Do not directly connect it to the power grid or use a knife switch to connect the power supply to ensure the normal operation of the electric pump.
7. The electric pump must not be operated in a low-lift state for a long time (generally, the operating lift shall not be less than 60% of the rated lift). It is best to control the operating lift within the recommended range to prevent the electric pump from burning out the motor due to overloading.
8. Pumps without self-circulating cooling devices are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the water for long-term operation to prevent overheating and damage to the electric pump.

1. The electric pump should be managed and used by dedicated personnel, and the insulation resistance between the electric pump winding and the casing should be checked regularly to see if it is normal.
