ZW self-priming sewage pump usage requirements
1. The pH value of the medium is 6 to 9 for cast iron pumps and 1 to 14 for stainless steel pumps.
2Ambient temperature ≤45ºC, medium temperature ≤60ºC.
3. The maximum diameter of the particles passing through is 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter.
4. The total weight of impurities in the medium does not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the specific gravity of the medium does not exceed 1240 kg/cubic meter.

Working principle of ZW self-priming sewage pump:
There is a liquid storage chamber in the pump body, which communicates with the pump working chamber through the upper return hole and the lower circulation hole, forming an axial return external mixing system of the pump. After the pump stops working, a certain volume of liquid has been stored in the pump cavity. When the pump starts, the liquid stored in the pump is discharged upward under the action of the impeller, entrained with air. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation tube, and the gas is discharged out of the pump, forming a certain vacuum inside the pump. The degree of vacuum achieves the effect of self-priming.
Preparation and operation before starting the ZW self-priming sewage pump
1. Check whether the fasteners at the pump base, coupling, bearing seat and other connecting parts are loose? If it is loose, tighten it. 2. Is there any stuck or abnormal sound when turning the coupling by hand?
3. Open the water adding valve above the pump. Add the storage water to no less than two-thirds of the pump body volume, and close the valve. There is no need to add water when starting the machine later.
4. Connect the power supply and try turning it. Viewed from the motor end, it turns clockwise. (Reversal is strictly prohibited)
5. Start the machine and observe whether the pump is running normally? If there are any abnormalities, the cause should be found and eliminated.
