JYWQ automatic mixing sewage pump adopts an automatic stirring device based on the ordinary sewage pump. The device rotates with the motor shaft and generates a strong stirring force to stir the sediment in the sewage pool into suspended matter, which is then sucked into the pump and discharged. The anti-blocking and sewage discharge capabilities of the pump are improved, and drainage, sewage cleaning, and silt removal are completed in one go, saving operating costs.

1. The electric pump should be managed and used by dedicated personnel, and the insulation resistance between the electric pump winding and the casing should be checked regularly to see if it is normal.
2. After each use, especially after use in thicker and more viscous media, the electric pump should be placed in clean water and run for a few minutes to prevent sediment from remaining in the pump and ensure the cleanliness of the electric pump.
3. After the pump is disassembled and repaired, the casing components must undergo a 0.2MPa air pressure test to ensure that the motor and oil chamber are sealed reliably.

1. Before operation, use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to ground. The minimum should not be less than 50 megohms.
2. Check whether the cable is damaged or broken. If damaged, it must be replaced in time to avoid leakage; the cable cross-section should match the current.
3. When the voltage exceeds ±10% of the rated voltage, the electric pump must not be started.
4. To ensure safe use, the ground wire in the four-core cable must be reliably grounded to prevent electric shock accidents.
5. When the electric pump is submerged in water, it should be lifted vertically. It is not allowed to be placed horizontally on the ground, let alone fall into the sludge. When stopping use, the electric pump should be hoisted, cleaned, placed in a dry place, and protected from freezing.
6. Prohibited: Use the cable as an installation lifting rope.
7. Check the rotation direction of the rotor. It should rotate clockwise when viewed from top to bottom.
8. Outdoor switches or terminals should be protected from rain and moisture. It is prohibited to touch the switch with wet hands or bare feet to prevent electric shock.
9. When moving the electric pump, the power supply must be cut off. People are not allowed to touch the water source when the electric pump is running to prevent personal accidents caused by leakage of electricity.
10. It is strictly forbidden to operate the motor with phase loss. If the fuse is found to be blown, the cause should be checked before continued use. Do not make the fuse arbitrarily thick.
11. When the pump is running, it should be managed by a dedicated person. If any abnormality is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. (Refers to the situation without a fully automatic protection cabinet>.
12. After the electric pump has been operating normally for half a year under the specified working medium conditions, the sealing condition of the oil chamber should be checked. If the oil in the oil chamber is milky or there is water precipitation, the No. 10 to No. 20 mechanical oil and mechanical seal should be replaced in time. For electric pumps used under harsh working conditions, they should be inspected frequently.
