CQB-G high temperature magnetic drive pump Applicable to petroleum, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for transporting high-temperature flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and precious liquids and various corrosive liquids. It is suitable for and transports a large series of liquids that do not contain hard particles and fibers with a working pressure of 1.6Mpa, a temperature not exceeding 280 degrees, a density not exceeding 1840kg/m3, and a viscosity not exceeding 30cm/s.

CQB-G high temperature magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as high temperature magnetic pump) usually consists of four parts: a motor, a magnetic coupling water cooling device and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is that it uses a magnetic coupling to transmit power without leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnet of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic lines pass through the gap and the isolation sleeve and act on the inner magnet, causing the pump rotor and the motor to rotate synchronously, transmitting torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump, since the liquid is enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal and therefore no leakage. The magnetic material of the magnetic coupling uses high-temperature media to maintain strong magnetic torque. A water cooling device is installed between the motor and the magnetic coupling to prevent the heat of the pumped high-temperature medium from being conducted to the motor. In order to maintain the normal operation of the motor, it can transport high-temperature media without leakage. The flow-passing parts of the pump can be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as 304, 304L, 302, 321, 316, 316L, UB6, CD4Mcu, titanium alloy, nickel-based alloy, etc. as needed. The CQB-G series magnetic pump is a new type of completely leak-free and corrosion-resistant pump jointly designed and developed nationwide. Its technical and economic indicators are close to the level of similar foreign products. Its type, basic parameters and technical performance comply with JB/T7742-95 "Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump" standard requirements.
