IMC F46 fluorine lined magnetic pump Features
1. The lining of the pump body, the inner rotor of the impeller, and the isolation sleeve are all made of pure F46 or PFA materials and are molded in one go. There is no impurity precipitation and it is very suitable for transporting high-purity, highly corrosive chemical liquids;
2. The pump body shell is made of ductile iron, and the pump body is designed according to standard flange, which has good mechanical strength and can withstand heavy pipeline loads;
3. The flow-passing parts are lined with F46 or PFA material, which is smooth and smooth, with excellent hydraulic performance, small hydraulic friction loss and high efficiency;
4. The pump shaft, bearing sleeves, and dynamic and static rings are all made of pressureless sintered silicon carbide, which has the characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance, and high corrosion resistance;
5. The unique spiral groove design in the bearing sleeve makes it easy to lubricate the sliding bearing pair and quickly takes away the heat generated by friction when the pump is running;
6. The isolation sleeve is equipped with a reinforced cover specially made of imported material PPS, so that the pump set can withstand higher system pressure and can eliminate the heat generated by the magnetic eddy current of the metal sleeve;
7. The inner and outer magnets are made of neodymium iron boron material. The surface of the magnetic steel is as high as 3600 Gauss, which can smoothly transmit the torque of the prime mover to the impeller without slipping under large flow conditions.
