Product Description

Preparation and inspection work before starting the CYZ-A self-priming centrifugal oil pump:

1. This series of oil pumps are lubricated with high-quality calcium-based butter and No. 10 engine oil respectively according to the working conditions of the pump. If the pump is lubricated with butter, butter should be added to the bearing box regularly. If the pump is lubricated with engine oil, if If the oil level is insufficient, add enough.

2. Check whether the liquid storage in the pump casing is higher than the upper edge of the impeller. If it is insufficient, you can directly inject the liquid into the pump body from the liquid filling port on the pump casing. Do not start operation when the liquid storage is insufficient. The pump will not work properly and the mechanical seal will be easily damaged.

3. Check whether the rotating parts of the pump are stuck or bumped.

4. Check whether the pump body feet and the nuts at each connection are loose.

5. Check the coaxiality or parallelism between the pump shaft and the motor main shaft.

6. Check whether there is air leakage in the inlet pipeline. If there is air leakage, try to eliminate it.

7. Open the valve of the suction line and slightly open (do not fully open) the outlet control valve.

1. When the oil pump is directly driven by the motor, attention should be paid to the coaxiality of the pump shaft and the motor output: the accuracy of the pump installation has a great impact on the smooth operation and service life of the pump, so it must be installed carefully. and correction.

2. The pump coupling must be fastened with nuts and the nuts must be locked. Be careful to prevent the nuts from loosening, otherwise it will easily cause the impeller to move and cause mechanical failure.

3. In order to maintain a certain amount of storage liquid in the pump body, achieve better self-priming ability and prevent dry friction of the mechanical seal, the pump inlet must be higher than the center line of the pump shaft.

4. When installing the suction pipeline, attention should be paid to:

a. The installation height of the suction inlet should not exceed 5 meters. When conditions permit, the installation height of the suction inlet should be as low as possible below the lowest oil storage level of the oil depot. The length of the suction pipe should be shortened as much as possible and as few elbows should be installed. This will ensure It is beneficial to shorten the self-priming time and improve the cabin sweeping function.

b. Valves, flanges, etc. in the suction pipeline should strictly prevent air leakage or liquid leakage, that is, no air leakage is allowed in the suction pipeline.

c. The pump body should be prevented from inhaling solids and other debris, and a filter should be installed on the suction pipeline. The effective flow area of the filter should be 2-3 times the cross-section of the suction pipe, and the filter should be inspected regularly.

d. The suction pipeline and discharge pipeline should have their own brackets, and the pump body itself is not allowed to bear the load of the pipeline.

5. When installing the pump, the electrostatic grounding resistance of the pump and pipelines should meet the specified requirements.

6. During installation, you should strictly check whether there are stones, iron sand and other debris in the pump casing and pipelines.

7. Correct the installation clearance and coaxiality of the pump coupling and motor shaft. The allowable deviation of the non-axiality is 0.1 mm. The height difference between the pump shaft and the motor shaft can be adjusted by placing copper or iron sheets on the feet.

8. After the unit has actually been running for 3-4 hours, make a final inspection. If there are no defects, the installation is considered to be complete. The temperature of the bearings should be checked during the trial operation. The temperature of the bearing body should not exceed 70°C.

9. The cooling water joint of the bearing body of this pump equipped with a cooling chamber device is used to match a hose or plastic pipe with an inner hole of Φ12, and its thread size is M12×1.75.

10. If a one-way valve is installed on the outlet pipeline of the pump and the pump cannot discharge gas smoothly during the self-priming process, a small exhaust pipe and valve should be added to the outlet of the pump.
