1. Automatic coupling device system

The motor and pump use the same shaft (rotor) as the entire water pump with a short length and compact structure. Signal line 1: Equipped with a fully protected water pump control cabinet, which provides comprehensive protection for the pump, including water leakage, phase breakage, short circuit, overheating, motor overload and other items.
Motor stator 8: adopts B or F insulation.
Water leakage probe 11: This component is installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged, water enters the oil chamber. The probe can send a signal and the control system protects the pump.
Mechanical seal 13: adopts a double-channel series seal, and uses a new hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing, wear resistance, and long life.
Impeller 17: The impeller adopts a single-flow or double-flow free structure, which has strong passing ability and can reduce blockage and winding failures through large materials and fiber waste.
Pump body 15: is used with the impeller, so that the pump has high efficiency.
Sealing ring 18: Installed at the mouth ring of the pump body. When the impeller flashes and causes wear in the mouth ring, the sealing ring can be replaced to ensure that the pump operates with optimal efficiency.
